WARNING — PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE USING GMTM CONSULTANTS/ ESME ⚠️ I feel it is important to share our experience with Esme from GMTM because what we have experienced has been absolutely unacceptable. We paid Esme over R7,000 for a police clearance certificate and a birth certificate. From the very beginning, it was excuse after excuse — the electricity was off, her phone was dead, she was waiting for a signature, and there was always another reason for the delay. Eventually, the police clearance was scanned and emailed to us. We then waited an unreasonable amount of time for the UBC. After yet another long delay, she eventually told us that the UBC was ready, scanned it and emailed it to us. We were also told that both original documents had been posted to us. We never received those original documents. Then came the most serious issue of all: the UBC document we received appears to be *****ulent and is not a genuine document. When we raised this issue, Esme blamed the person at Home Affairs. Regardless of who she says is responsible, we paid her for these documents and trusted her to provide legitimate documentation. We are now left fighting to get our money back. And once again, instead of resolving the matter, we are faced with more excuses and more delays. The situation has now become so serious that we have had no choice but to involve the police and take the matter further. This is not just about R7,000. These documents are connected to someone's career, future and livelihood. Playing around with people's important documents and leaving them waiting for months is completely unacceptable. I am posting this as a serious warning to anyone considering using her services: PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU PAY HER. Search for reviews, complaints and feedback on other social media platforms and make your own informed decision. We trusted her, paid her, waited patiently and gave her numerous opportunities to sort this out. We are now simply trying to get our money back and get answers. Think very carefully before handing over your money and important personal documents
