TOTAL *****STERS!!!!! First time using GMTM came highly recommended through a friend. They were fantastic and sorting out the initial paperwork/documents was worth every penny. Naturally, I decided to use them a second time. This is where everything went downhill…..and basically 9 months down the line, I am out of pocket of a rather large sum of money and have heard every excuse in the book that one person can possibly give. From loadshedding, to medical issues, to out at court, IT drama, systems have been hacked, no office orderly, stuck in traffic, and the last one was that the owner has passed away (My condolences to his family). Many promises and guarantees later, I finally got frustrated and requested that the funds I paid for the service be refunded to me as this seems to be an unachievable task for them. The consultant has now blocked my number and I have discovered that their landlines have been disconnected, their website is inaccessible and my follow up emails have remained ignored.
