Disgusted with MTN

I recently received a call from MTN offering me an awesome deal as I was due for an upgrade on my 2 gig package.

The package offered the normal 2 gigs data with a bonus of 3 gigs per month.

Upon signing up almost two months back I am yet to receive my so called bonus data.

When inquiring with the call center I was informed they had sent my query through the CVM dept. This query was sent through on the 19 Oct 2018. I am still waiting.

So much for being a loyal MTN Customer for over ten years with four contracts.
