Bad service and *************

I used this company about 3 years ago and their service was amazing so I naturally thought of them again this time around when I needed new documents.<br> <br> This time around their service was horrible right from the very start. I called and emailed them to make sure that I was sending them all the correct documents but two days later I got a call that I did not send all of the correct documents and had to send additional ones which I had to pay for.<br> <br> I was told it would take them 20 working days to get the documents that I needed. I still have not gotten my documents nor can they give me a date on which I will have them back! I have since lost a job that I app**** for abroad because I can't give my employers the documents that I need for my visa nor can I give them a date on which they will be finished because the date I was given has come and gone!<br> <br> They also expected me to pay upfront which I refused to do until they could show me proof that they had my documents (close to R2000) when they showed me they had one of my documents I paid them which I am now sorry for. I should have waited for all the documents.<br> DHL also offers some of the services as GMTM rather use DHL
