Absolute ******* firm and people

Absolute ****...paid up front for certificate for a British passport...nearly 9 months later after being told tomorrow,tomorrow found out thru home affairs they never did the application...this has caused a real problem and delay...they dont answer their phones, respond to e mails, there is a much better agency in Cape Town..pasop maybe these guys will help 50 _ 50 they wont..take note of the other negative feed back here..these people in my opinion are theives and *****...had to threaten a ******** charge of ***** before they would respond...
