Cloned Gmail account and Gmail doesn't seem to care.

I have had my Gmail account for years now and it has even going so well until I started receiving emails a few months ago addressed to an email address that isn't my Gmail but still comes through to me. It's from an over seas company and spams my emails all day with viral links. Every time I block and report another one comes up. I have been trying to get a hold of Gmail support and Google for 2 weeks now but their help center is not user friendly and dumb as hell. If your issue isn't there then it basically isn't an issue. My address has been cloned and people can use it to get into my accounts and Google doesn't care. I am highly so annoyed. I have tried to go about this gracefully and peacefully but clearly Google doesn't care unless you make a racket for their attention. All I ask is for someone to email me from support and assist me with this because everything in my life is connected to my Gmail which was supposed to be so secure but has been cloned. Can someone please contact me back??!!!
