Liquid Rubber Floor Paint Not Drying and No Response from Supplier

I purchased Liquid Rubber floor paint for a Special Needs classroom in our new school building. More than a week after application, some areas of the paint are still not dry, while other areas have started peeling off. I contacted the company via WhatsApp and was promised a call back, but despite several follow-ups, no one has contacted me or investigated the issue. This is particularly concerning as the classroom is intended for learners with special needs, many of whom have health sensitivities. The condition of the floor is creating an unhealthy and unsafe learning environment. I am requesting that the company urgently investigate the problem and provide a suitable resolution. Unfortunately, the lack of after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
