Disappointed first time buyer
Made an order for 2×20lt grey paints with them to be delivered on the 24th of July, they requested to send them on the 25th which was on a Saturday. I wanted to start with my painting project last weekend, only to find that the grey is dark and I sent them a picture of the grey that I wanted before making the purchase and specified that I wanted to paint the interior walls of my house. I contacted them, they said they will deliver the correct paint on Monday being the 3rd of August around 1:30pm the driver would have delivered and was told that they will bring 2 different grey colors for me to choose from. At 2:11pm I sent them a message to ask how far is the driver, they requested for my location again. I sent them my location, the driver calls me after an hour telling me that they are stuck at Northwest, they can only deliver my paints tomorrow, mind I've already paid people to start painting today as soon as the correct paint arrives. Sent them a message on WhatsApp even now they have not responded. I am a first time buy, I am very disappointed and feel ****med by these people. They have zero consideration for their customers, as long as they got the money they do not care about what happens after. I regret buying from them. I wouldn't advise any to buy from them, they're very unprofessional, lacks customer service and satisfaction. I believe that they bought the reviews we see on their Social media pages, because the treatment I received is the total opposite of what I saw on their pages.

Liquid Rubber Floor Paint Not Drying and No Response from Supplier
I purchased Liquid Rubber floor paint for a Special Needs classroom in our new school building. More than a week after application, some areas of the paint are still not dry, while other areas have started peeling off. I contacted the company via WhatsApp and was promised a call back, but despite several follow-ups, no one has contacted me or investigated the issue. This is particularly concerning as the classroom is intended for learners with special needs, many of whom have health sensitivities. The condition of the floor is creating an unhealthy and unsafe learning environment. I am requesting that the company urgently investigate the problem and provide a suitable resolution. Unfortunately, the lack of after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.

I bought roof paint from them not so long ago, and their service was satisfactory
I bought roof paint from them not so long ago, and their service was satisfactory. The second time i used them, they brought me paint for my house and gates. The house paint color was suppose to be Sahara which it was not. Its more of a banana yellow and very thin as well. I ordered a dark brown color but received a purple brown. I have been trying to get a replacement for these unwanted paints and the owner keeps telling me that they will bring the correct colors. That was 3 weeks ago. This past weekend i asked my son to call them. And the owner said they will call me back in 2 min but they never did. Today, i tried calling him 5 more times and his driver but no answer. THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A BUSINESS. This business is ****ming people. STAY AWAY

Worst service ever, pathetic.
Pathetic pathetic service, I'm so annoyed and furious. I ordered paint from glosco paint on the 5th of Feb 2026 I was told the delivery will be made on the 10th, I waited the hole day no delivery no communication whatsoever, I tried calling them this white guy told me he is in a meeting he will call back nothing, I waited tried to get hold of them still with no luck, I called again no answer then he sends a voicenote that one of his drivers didn't report to work.The driver called around 19:00 saying he couldn't deliver he will deliver the next morning before 10 am, he never pitched, when I text that white guy he never responded,then I tried to call him again he sends a voicenote my delivery is scheduled for Friday, when i seek for clarity to say why because I've been waiting for my delivery from Tuesday he never got back to me, till today no paint was delivered. No message, no call no explanation nothing I'm left hanging, My biggest problem is the first paint I ordered from them and it was quick and convenient, I ran shot now I need to finish up my house with the same paint and I'm now given run arounds, I'm very disappointed.

Glossco paint peeling
I called glossco paint *** last week Friday, they said they will call me on Monday. Indeed on Monday they called n said they will come on Tuesday. On Tuesday they said on Friday 7 o'clock in the morning. Today it's Friday 13:11, they are no were to be found. R6590 plus R7500 for painting my house down the drain. Don't waste your money, my house is peeling n it's painted 4 months ago
