Worst service I have received ***** Business

Bad customer experience- No communication Placed an order on the 23th of September till today I haven’t received my order. Spent R819 on my package. Got an automated email. Sent emails to follow up on my package but I’m not getting any response.

I have been sending multiples email no response. I request a refund no response

So this is what I’m going to do. I will be escalating this even further if it’s not resolved within 5 days. I will reach out to your sponsors to let them know how many people are impacted and the bad customer experience we are receiving from you guys
