Worst service ever at Gloot

I'm so angry and frustrated, this company does not even deserve 1 star.

I placed my order:Order: GN13035 for R1,817 and paid the total amount on the 26 September 2024 as there was a promise for delivery within 3 days I sent several emails but noone has come back to me. I asked for my refund and still no reply.

This company used to send me adverts and emails every other day but nothing after I placed an order and paid.

Is this company a ****?
