I placed my order on the 22nd September. I have emailed them only get an automated response. Posted on their FB page on numerous times.

I regret spending the R1000 and ordered direct from gloot. Their customer service is beyond pathetic, I would rather have been able to rate Gloot 0. Certainly won't recommend this to anyone to purchase directly from them. Would have rather waited for Clicks, Foschini. Would be grateful if someone can take this seriously and respond urgently with an update. My order number is GN11992
