WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This was my first and last purchase. One would think let's support local - but Gloot must go for customer service training. Worst service, they don't respond to emails or messages!!!

I purchased a bundle - i have one item missing from my order - firstly delivery took long and now I don't even have what I ordered!

I will never purchase from Gloot ever again. I wish you could respond to emails like a normal functioning company!!!

I want a refund and to return the products delivered

Lesson learnt I'll rather purchase from companies who know how to run a business
