Worst Customer service

Its been two weeks now since i placed my order at Gloot, made the payment on the very same day, till today i have not received my order, i have sent tons of emails enquiring about my order but they dont respond, i just want my re-fund but i will never recommend anyone to buy online- rather go to clicks or any other store where you know you will be able to collect
