Worse service, worse products

DO NOT buy any products from them - check the amount of reviews on their website, 10 here and 13 there ... That is already a red flag - a product that "sells itself" and a company who brags about not making "false promises or guarantees" - guess what, they actually do make false promises and there are NO guarantees! "Honesty and authenticity" - please! They do not answer your emails, they VERY conveniently do not place your review on their website, that says a LOT!! My next step is the consumer ombudsman - I am just not prepared for these companies to take us for a ride anymore. I will go to any platform there is to make sure I am heard.
