Unreliable

My experience with Gloot has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I placed an order with the promise of delivery within 2-3 days. However, it has now been over 5 days, and my parcel hasn’t even been handed to the courier.This demonstrates a clear lack of reliability in Gloot’s operations. When I contacted The Courier Guy, they informed me that Gloot had not provided the parcel for delivery. Such inefficiency not only delays my plans but also erodes trust in the company’s ability to fulfill basic commitments.

Even worse, Gloot has failed to provide updates or take accountability for the delay. Customers should not have to chase a company to simply deliver what they’ve already paid for. This level of unreliability raises serious concerns about how Gloot manages its logistics and values its customers.
