Unacceptable Customer Service Experience

I am extremely disappointed with Gloot’s customer service. I emailed their team to report a serious issue with the Flat Tummy Toner capsules I purchased

1. The container was unsealed, which raised concerns about safety and quality. 2. The bottle contained only 54 capsules instead of the advertised quantity.

Despite attaching clear evidence and reaching out for a resolution, I received no response. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.

If Gloot cannot address valid customer complaints or ensure quality control, how can customers trust their products? I hope this review prompts them to take accountability and improve their service.

Until then, I cannot recommend their products.
