I just want my refund

I placed an order on the 22nd of September, all went well paid, received confirmation email, after that mothing. I have sent tons of emails, comments on thier Facebook Account, nothing, no one bothered to reply, today is the 13th of October. Still nothing.

I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THIER PRODUCT, I JUST WANT TO BE REFUNDED
