Horrible Non- Responsive Customer Service

This company has the worst customer service ever. They give no feedback on your order. You cant call them. I have sent numerous emails to the company asking them when my package will arrive, all will no feedback.

The website says orders take 2-5 working days i have had no communication for almost 3 weeks now. I am very disappointed that this takes so long, not even sure if i will ever get the package or my money back.

DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE GLOOT COMPANY. they horrible.
