Horrible customer service

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered and paid on the 23rd of September and still today 8 October I haven’t received any feedback on my order. I’ve send numerous emails but nothing in reply. There is no number to phone. It is very frustrating that a company can spam you with new deals and promotions but they do not have the backbone to answer emails. They are fast to take money but they do not deliver.
