Gloot Where Is My order

I placed an order on the 25th of July. Been waiting patiently and no communication whatsoever from Gloot. Tried tracking my order and its untraceable send them 3 emails and no response from them. Its the 5th of Aug now and still nothing from Gloot. Im so disappointed and confused im not even sure if i was ****med.
