Gloot is the worst!!!!!

I ordered directly from their websites on the 11th of October. I waited for 3 days for a response before I emailed them. They just don’t respond to my emails and I’m already frustrated. I’ve sent multiple emails and yet no reply. It’s the 19th of October and still nothing. Please I just want my money back at this point
