Disappointing First Purchase – Order #***

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Gloot Nutrition, especially considering this was my first purchase.

I placed an order for the Gummie Bundle and Hair Food Supplements on 25 October 2026. However, when my delivery arrived, I only received the Gum Bundle. The Hair Food Supplements were missing.

I contacted the team and submitted a formal complaint, explaining the missing items and requesting either delivery of the outstanding products or a refund. Unfortunately, despite taking the time to raise the issue, I have received no response or feedback.

What makes this experience even more disappointing is not only that I paid for products I never received, but also the complete lack of communication and customer service after raising the complaint.

Order #*** remains unresolved, and I am still waiting for someone to acknowledge my complaint and provide a solution.

Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for products they have already paid for or for a response to a legitimate complaint.

I hope this review receives the attention my original complaint did not, and that the matter is finally resolved.
