Damaged goods useless

Hope you're well.

Please note my delivery of my product was damaged and leaking.

Your products are pricey and I save to be able to afford it and having it damaged with half of the product having leaked is disappointing.

I hope you can help resolve or replace.

This is an email I sent to gloot and still no reply. Your products are expensive and we trust our packages with come in a good condition. What do I do with a half a bottle Flat tummy tonic.
