Bad service!

I placed an order on the 6th of October, it is now the 14th of October and no update at all from Gloot! I have emailed asking to cancel my order and absolutely no response. Extremely unprofessional. Even an update on why the order is delayed would have been appreciated but no response at all. Won’t be purchasing from Gloot again!
