Bad Service

Paid my products the same day and time i placed the order> No products nor any response on any emails send regarding this matter. The system keeps showing i must pay according to your email received the same day but payment has been done but getting hold of anybody at Gloot is a no no! Very Very bad! How do you trust when you can not even get communication!!
