Bad customer service
I love the products but the customer service needs attention. I placed an order and paid for fast way shipping (1-2 working days) which was an extra R50. We on the 3rd day and still no delivery. This is the second time I’m ordering on the website and second time I’m being disappointed. Over promise under deliver. I want a refund for my delivery.
