Bad cliënt service would not recommend and false advertising

Worst service ever, how can you advertise and market suck lovely and beautiful things but don’t execute them according to clients needs, no response on emails no tracking for your parcels this is horrible I’m still waiting for my parcel with no response from anyone you are quick to take our money but not deliver on service
