what the actual HELL? I placed an order on the 25th of July with expected delivery on the 31st of July. Have I received my parcel? NO. Am I able to track my parcel? NO. Has Gloot updated me? HELL NO.
I have now come to learn that the parcel has been cancelled. I am still yet to receive a response from Gloot about the situation and I have no idea if my parcel will even come. Even if the product is out of stock - WHY WAS I ALLOWED TO PURCHASE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Honestly, just send the damn order or refund your clients. This is BELOW pathetic and abysmal. Oh, it might also help to REPLY TO YOUR CLIENTS CONCERNS.
