Yet Again i have been ****med by GLOCELL

<p>Why did I upgrade with Glocell??? I upgraded with GLOCELL in december with a 5G reacuring databundle. Thus i should have 5G free data each month. Only to find out that in Jan the 5G was never loaded on my network. Thus Glocell is charging me out of bundle rates for a service i should have had for free. 5G for free???</p> <p> </p> <p>Then after a huge figh with costomer service They fix and reinstate the reacoring 5G. But what about all the exstra Data that has been used??? No sorry sir we cannot fix that</p> <p> </p> <p>Why Why Why are Glocell alowed to do this?? After 6 days i also find out my 5G date is depleted. But my phone sayd I did not even use 1.5G yet???</p> <p> </p> <p>Are Glocell robbing the people? is there any other people with the same problem? Can i escalate this to a a snr manager as the call centre are useless</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
