Wrong Phone Contract and *********** Management and Staff and Poor call Centre

I app**** for a top up contract phone at Glocell in Greenstone, The fuy who was assisting made me sign for an open line contract phone called Pinaccle 1. When i went bck to the store to complain, I was told he resigned. I wrote letters to managers and all was in vein. My acount w debited everymonth for the wrong contract. I applie for migration and still it did not help. I cancelled the debit order and paid through EFT. The closed my lines and i continued pying even when my lines were closed. I send them proof of payment and still the lines were closed. I then stopped paying. Now they threaten to take my name to credit berreau. Their services re poor. Call centres do not answer calls promptly. They are not profesional. There is poor management of accounts. Glocell is bad. Stay away from them. Their greenstone store is closed. They always had new staff who were not competen. I am want to take them to Ambudsman.
