WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

This is by far the WORST experience i have ever had. A company that NEVER keeps clients updated , agents and employees that dont do their job AND NEVER EVER GIVE FEEDBACK AS PROMISED!!! i took a contract over a month ago with Gugu Majozi and was promised delivery within 2 weeks. after waiting over 3 weeks ,i called in to find out that there was no stock but i will get it in that week because my contract was done whilst there was stock. After 4 weeks of waiting i called back and was told my contract wasn't done and the agent could not help me!!!!!! i called 4 times after that to speak to GUGU as i was asked to by another agent to call her but could never get through to her and they took my details and promised she will call me back. 6 weeks later , still no feedback?? IS MY CONTRACT DONE OR NOT ???????????
