Worst service ever in my lifetime

<p>I took out an upgrade for the R99.00 Cellc 20GB a month with Glocell. From the time I took this contract I have had nothing but bad service with this company. I put a limit of R50.00 on this package so that if I went over the R99.00 it would stop at around R150.00. To date this is not the case. I phone the call centre every month to find</p> <p>out why my premiums are always over R300.00. No one can explane the reason why it is going over. They always give a reference no. and never get back to you. The service at Glocell sucks. I think they are ripping of customers with impunity. The owners of this company are de*****ing the public left ,right and centre. There is no discipline in this company, The call centre agents do not know how to engage customers with problems. They also shout customers over the phone. I really want to get out of this contract but am told I cannot, to get out I must pay the balance of the contract. The customer always gets the short end of the stick, because if we default we get charged unreasonable fees. If the service provider does anything wrong like billing wrongly you still have to accept it. I will never recommend this nightmare of a company to anyone.</p>
