WORST SERvICE EVER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

<p>My CellC giga data contract was migrated from Altech to Glocell and my contract was due to expire at the end of July 2016. I sent through my the required cancellation forms during June 2016 as required. At the end of August I was howver still billed for the service. I have since phoned glocell weekly to try and get my contract cancelled and refunded for the services which I did not request and subsequentlly have not used.</p> <p> </p> <p>If would avoid doing business with this provider as this is the worst service I have ever received and the customer service line provides absolutely no assistance. The best they can tell me is that they have received a cancellation request.</p>
