Worst service ever

<p>Good Day<br />The service of Glocell is disgusting and i will make it heard believe me, i upgraded 3 weeks ago and up to now i have not received my new phone or any assistance when this will be delivered, my son's number is ********** he is due to upgrade on 16 Aug but with this useless no care service i doubt that this will take place</p> <p>My son stays in Potchefstroom and im now told when he upgrades the phone need to be delivered to me as this is just ridiculous as im in the free state, and why can this not be delivered to him in person</p> <p>We have been at nashua Mobile, then Auto page and now you guys and i must say Glocell is by far the worst i have ever seen, lack of communication,lack of help,lack of assistance to say the least</p> <p>My son pays for our account from his banking details but still no one at Glocell is willing to assist him with anything, we had no issues and the other operators but now everything is one big struggle</p> <p>Im sure that nothing will be done about this complained either, as the no care attitude of Glocell is prove</p> <p>Call me back if you care enough about your customers</p> <p> ********** or ********** </p>
