Worst service 0 star

<p>Altech Autopage closed down and Glocell took the clients over.I was due for an upgrade. I told the glocell consultant that my bill is to high and I want an unlimited package.he said everything is unlimited for R1389 a month and it is called the pinicle 2.I was unaware of the packages and agreed because he said everything is unlimited.He on this package.He also told me my new Samsung Galaxy s7edge wil come no later than 10 days. I waited 2 weeks and Caled again.could not get helped just was told it is at the courier service company.this went on for almost 2 months.i had to phone in and the consultants did not know where my phone was.it eventualy made it to my house and then I had to find out the pinicle 2 is NOT UNLIMTED.their consultant was uneducated and sold me the wrong package. I know my rights and they are supposed to give the unlimited package wich I found out later is the pinicle 3 for R1389. Now I am being billed a lot more.my new bill is over R2000.i wil never recommend glocell to anyone and I am going to see a lawyer if this can't be sorted out.because it is the Worst service ever.</p>
