worst repair and service ever since day 1

<p>1 week after layng complaint i am yet to receive a single phone call or a solution. since day 1 when Glocell took over Altech Autopage this has been a disaster, i want my contract now cancelled youve had a chance to prove your ability and it has failed.</p> <p> </p> <p>these are all my IMEI numbers:<br /> ********** ********** 3<br /> ********** ********** 6<br /> ********** ********** 2<br /> ********** ********** 8</p> <p>Job Number GLR000888, and R420397. <br />Glocell head office ********** 600</p> <p>My issue is this. i bought a brand new phone 19 December 2015 by 22 December it was replaced then by February 2016 it went in again and was then replaced WITH AN OLD SCRATCHED UNIT march 2016 . July 2016 went in again, August 2016 replaced WITH AN OLD SCRATCHED UNIT, last time was the 20th November 2016 i now get a replacement 12 January 2016 again an OLD SCRATCHED UNIT...this time however there is blue film over the camera lens on the inside of the phone so any picture you take is blurry and blue. i can feel how hot the phone battery is getting as it burns my hand while i hold the phone so i can guarantee in a months time this devise is hanging overheating and then dead again. it has been the same fault on all the phones. gets hot overheats freezes then dies completely.<br />I do not longer have any faith in this model and i will not be inconvenienced again by being witout a phone fr months at a time and no one has the decency to even over a loan phone for the time its in.</p> <p>so quite simply i want a different model replacement all together i am not paying another year off on this devise that is already getting hot after only having it back for 3 days or you come collect your devise and cancel my contract.</p> <p>i await your kind assistance in this regard<br />thank you</p>
