Worst customer service in SA

<p>8 months to process a migration to an infinity package????? Eventually migrated and now im being double billed of insane amounts such as R3600.00 pm???? A month since a query was logged with accounts and still no response but montly bills keep coming and debit orders processed. cell number in question is ********** 688....please help ASAP!!!</p>
