WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
<p>IF YOU YOU WANT GOOD ADVICE THEN AVOID GLOCELL AT ALL COSTS!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Tried to cancel my contract via the call centre, but nobody ever picks up.. If you lucky enough to get through then they drop your call... Sent them numerous emails requesting cancellation, waited almost a month for reply. </p> <p>Filled out the form for cancellation and received confirmation that contract will be terminated and last payment will be 4th April 2017....Yet here I sit with another payment they took off this month. Contact the Cape Town call centre, they answer and offer to put me through to customer care whereupon they hang up!! Tried to call again and they won't answer...</p> <p>Absolutely ****ndus service!!! </p>
