Why am I not SURPRISED

<p>Why am I not surprised with all these comments. Been trying to get a hold of someone on the landlines and via the "customercare" email address since 8 o clock this morning, business phone suspended without prior notification. What a ***** company. Phone still suspended and not contact via my email or cell phones. CONTACT ME MAN</p>
