WHY?

I upgraded with Glocell on 29 January 2018. To date no handset. Apparently they did not have stock. I was informed that they have now received stock and it will take 2 to 3 days for delivery. How do you upgrade people when you do not have stock. WHY do you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your handset. Cell C, MTN, Vodacom all deliver their upgrades 2 to 3 DAYS after upgrading. Each province also only has one shop. How does this work. I am extremely disappointed in the service from Glocell. Never had this problem with Altech Auto. How does anyone else feel about this?
