What call Centre closes at 17:00

<p>I called the GloCell call Centre at 16:57 and what did I get a whole bunch of dropped calls and transfers. What type of business are you running. My debit order went off yet I don't have my data so please tell me what am I paying for??? And to date I have still not yet received feedback in regards to my refund.</p>
