Viva Glocell!!! (Autopage)

I cannot decide which of Autopage or Glocell is the most pathetic. on 28th November 2015 I upgraded my contract at Autopage with emails confirming the contractual obligations of my package and charges. This has not happened and the incorrect contract was ceded to Glocell. I had a 20GIg data contract (cell C) with Autopage which contract ran on a month to month basis as the initial 12 month contract expired. That was ceded to Glocell with the takeover. On 23rd March 2016 I upgraded my data contract to the special Glocell was running at the time, R99 Huawei E5573 Wifi router - 5GB day/15GB night package. My existing data contract had to be cancelled on 31 March 2016 and the new one to take effect on 1 April 2016. I received a phone call on the 24th March 2016 informing me that my upgrade was approved and the router was delivered on the 29th March 2016. The consultant at Glocell advised me to use my "old" sim card, which I did. All was going well until Friday, 8th April 2016 when my line was deactivated. Apparently Autopage sent a list of numbers to be permanently deactivated. Autopage already charged me for March 2016 for the "old" contract and when receiving Glocell's first statement, I got charged for April and another charge to the same value. Since then I have been on the phone to Glocell daily, 2 to 3 times a day to get my data package activated and needless to say, having to purchase data bundles on my voice package to enable me to operate my business, blowing up my account sky high. When giving them my ID number, only my voice package shows on the system together with millions of notes of the people I have spoken to in the passed month or so. I have now given up, call it a day, cut my losses and is going to take out a data package from Axxess whose date charges are fairly reasonable. I will rather pay more, but at least have a provider that honour an agreement and where I do not have to hold for anything between 15 - 20 minutes, if you're lucky, to get to speak someone with empty promises. Not even senior management has the decency to call you back or get someone to make contact with you. My advise to anybody out there, STAY AWAY FROM GLOCELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, you cannot believe this. Another 10 days have passed and Glocell still did not manage to activate a sim card. Promises, promises on a daily basis, but no action. Even more the reason to PLEASE refrain from making use of them as a service provider.
