Victim of Identity Theft

Identity Theft is the worst thing you can experience, every company has assisted clearing my name & credit record except Glocell. I've sent affidavits, proof of residence, letter from SAFPS but they still refuse to clear my record. The line of "****** phones" have been disconnected but my credit is still in shambles.

Nimble, which i believe handles their bad debts, called me to enquire about the R11,000 I owe the company. Resend all documents to them and they stopped calling.

Glocell ***** department has been sitting on this since May 2017. I'm surprised because other companies helped me within a month. No one responds to emails at Glocell, I'm really tired and just want this to be cleared off my credit record.
