Very poor customer service

<p>My husband took out an additional line contact about six years ago through altech autopage, which i have been using. We were very happy with the service. Then they closed down and my contract got moved to glocell. What a mistake. I called today for an expiry date on the contract. Where i was on hold for 10 min before i even spoke to a consultant. Spoke to Thabo who then put me on hold for another 10min. 20 min just to get a freeking expiry date. I would not recomend anybody to glocell. I would atually cancel my cell C contract because of the **** service Glocell give. So if you are thinking of taking out a contract dont even think of glocell.</p>
