Very bad service and promises

Good day. I have been a client of Autopage for appr 15 years. Absolutely NO problems with accounts or any upgrades. Autopage has closed down and was taken over by Glocell. Problems since day 1. Problem now, due for upgrade in October. Called them. Make arrangement for new upgrade. Should have the new phone in 5 - 7 working days. With Autopage usually the very same day. It is 2 months later now. Spoke to about 10 different people with different story every time why I did not receive phone. Send about 30 e-mails to which I only got 4 responses. Probleme now apparently afer 2 months is no stock! Still waiting. Very bad service. No communication from them. Always apologise for their lack of stock, but I need a new phone urgently, as mine has broken down few months ago. So I am still waiting for stock - apparently it is at the warehouse now, but they do not know when I will receive the phone! Different story every single time!!!!!! Are not even allowed to speak to a manager!
