Useless service and no response

<p>Service is absolutely appalling! Service rating less than 1!!</p> <p>I have unable to contact Glocell telephonically or online. Absolutely no response received. Account has been suspended for no apparent reason and unable to get through to query this. Unable to add another data bundle and now there's an excessive data charge. </p> <p>It is not the consumers fault if the telephones are not answered - why must consumers be charged for increased data usage if they are unable to 1. get hold of Glocell and 2. purchase additional data bundle as requires.</p>
