Useless customer service!

<p>Useless customer service! I cancelled my contract 2 months ago and now R885 has been deducted off my account, when no service was provided by Glocell for the month being charged. When I called the call center they promised to call me back and never did. Eventually after phoning 3 times, I get promised a refund but I must call back in 4 days time to find out when the refund will be made!!!!</p>
