Useless Customer Care and Useless Customer Service

<p> My phone got soft locked and I am unable to make or receive calls. My account is up to date and I need someone to adjust my call limits on my contract phone and unlock it. I went to the GloCell website and filled in their various forms to get them to contact me to resolve the query as I cannot phone them I have been waiting 4 days without anyone getting back to me. My wife phoned the *** number on the website and provided all my details and asked them to unlock my phone so that that I can make and receive calls to date this has not been done. If you are unable to assist a client or have something in place to help them then you should close your business down please get someone to contact me to unlock my phone and to cancel my contract with your useless company at the same time.</p>
