Upgrade was a downgrade

Have been a Cell c client through automate for 20 years now a glocell client. Was contacted about my upgrade and was offered a better deal but lo and behold my upgrade is actually a downgrade. The new phone has no internal memory what a *******. Can't do anything with the cheap that I was recommended to take. Very unhappy Customer. Never had problems with autopage but glocell should be called gocell.
