UPGRADE OF EXISTING CELL C CONTRACT

<p>I had the worst ever experience as a customer today trying to upgrade my existing Cell C contract which I have had for many years. a Certain lady called Phumi answered the call and was so rude (did not care about you as a customer) - I tild her that this was the worst customer service I ever experienced, she politely told me that well she is not in customer service but in sales (no need to trat me like an existing customer for years I presume). This contract was with Altech Autopage for many years and they recently sold their [portfolio to Glocell. I am still unable to renew or upgrade my contract to date. I will most definately be cancelling this contract and going over to another service provider. The number I dialled to get my upgrade done was ********** . VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY GLOCELL</p>
